Telehealth Therapy

At Assurasource, our therapists strive to make a positive impact when counseling clients and family members of all ages. If you have a loved one who is homebound due to medical, psychological, or Covid-19 concerns, a remote therapist can offer support, guidance, and company. What makes us different from other Texas virtual mental health therapy providers is our adaptability and commitment to fair out-of-pocket costs for clients who aren’t paying with Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance.

Matching Therapists to Clients

We value the client-therapist relationship above all else. If you are reluctant to meet with a therapist, we don’t blame you. It’s normal to be hesitant about discussing personal details with a stranger you found on the internet after searching for a therapist in your area. Our recently-expanded therapy network allows us to pair therapists with clients based on personality, shared interests, and treatment specialties rather than availability. We have an extensive network of therapists, and we are continuing to expand throughout Texas.

Reasons to Try Behavioral Health Therapy

If you are struggling with your mental health, there is no reason to struggle alone. We have seen the healing power of catharsis first-hand, and our therapists always welcome a challenge. People decide to find a therapist for a variety of reasons, but a few of the most common include the following:

  • I want advice from a professional.
  • I’m tired of being depressed.
  • Anxiety is causing problems in my life.
  • My medical condition isolates me.
  • I feel lonely most of the time.
  • I’ve been cut off from my support network.
  • Genuine connection is missing in my life.
  • My wife is making me.

Most people struggle with mental health at certain points in their lives. Having a good therapist can make a tremendous difference. People who struggle with their mental health are often medically or geographically isolated. In many cases they are unable to participate in the activities that bring them joy, which would cause anyone to struggle with their mental health. This has become especially true during the pandemic. At AssuraSource, our Texas network of trained LCSWs & LPCs offers individual therapy sessions via telehealth appointments.

Dallas-Fort Worth In-Home Counseling

Our virtual telehealth services are available throughout the Lone Star State. However, we understand that some people are more comfortable with in-person appointments. If you are interested in home-visit therapy for yourself or a loved one, contact our Allen, Texas mental health center to find a therapist. Home visits are currently available in the Dallas Fort Worth area based on limited availability.

Mental Health After Surgery

If you have a loved one who is recovering from a major medical procedure, it’s normal to worry about their mental health. Mental health resources for people recovering from surgery are often limited. Patients with limited mobility may have trouble seeking the counseling services they need. AssuraSource provides avenues of virtual mental health support to help people cope with having a major medical procedure. Having a therapist during this time can make a huge difference in a person’s well-being and ability to recover.

Every person’s struggle is different, but our community helps foster the dialogue, friendship, and trust that people need in order to heal. To learn more about our telehealth counseling services, contact our Allen, Texas mental health center by calling 844.821.4163 to find a therapist.
